My Story
I grew up in Bo Kaap eating the delicious Cape Malay Dishes my mother used to cook. My mum never taught me her recipes, but I knew exactly how they had to taste. My journey with cooking and catering started 25 years ago when I decided to open up a sandwich kiosk at the University of Cape Town. 25 years later I was asked to organise cooking classes for local and international tourists.
I love interacting with people from all over the world and live out my passion for food!
